Federal Holidays

The office buildings at 625 and 675 N. Washington Street are closed on federal holidays and building staff are on leave. Tenants must have an access card to enter the building and to use the elevator. 

Office tenants who would like to receive HVAC service on a holiday must submit a written request before 2:00 p.m. on the business day preceding that holiday. Holiday night cleaning service is available upon at least 2 business days’ notice and the cost for this service will be quoted upon request.
